MS Transportation LLC Agreement

Terms & Conditions

1. Exclusive Broker Agreement

Clients agree not to contract any other broker or carrier during the shipping period. A non-refundable deposit fee applies if another broker or carrier is engaged.

2. Door-to-Door Service

Carriers provide door-to-door service when accessible. If access is restricted, arrangements will be made for nearby meeting points.

3. Transport Authorization

The carrier driver is authorized to transport the vehicle between the pickup and delivery locations. Deposits are final and partially refundable under strict conditions.

4. Personal Items

Carriers are not liable or insured for personal goods. Items must be limited to 100 lbs, placed in the trunk, and must not interfere with vehicle transport.

5. Vehicle Condition

Vehicles must be in good running condition with no more than a half tank of fuel. The carrier is not liable for damage caused by leaking fluids or improper loading.

6. Insurance Coverage

Carriers carry insurance from $100,000 up to $250,000 per load. Any imposed claims and damages are covered by the carrier's insurance.

7. Fluctuate Policy

Due to the highly competitive nature of the market and high demand for drivers, quoted prices are subject to change and may fluctuate by up to 35% prior to dispatch.

8. Scheduling Dates

2-5 days' rescheduling fee applies if the vehicle is not ready for pickup as planned.

9. Inspection Reports

Clients must complete an inspection report at pickup and delivery. Failure to do so may nullify the liability for filing a damage claim.

10. Non-Operational Fee

A $150 fee applies for transporting inoperable vehicles, included in the final invoice.

11. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be in full prior to dispatch and refunds, plus deductions up to $250 apply only if no driver was assigned to the new shipment.

12. Payment Obligation

Clients agree to pay the quoted price and not to seek chargebacks. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
